I wonder if the people evacuating The Gulf Coast are taking their dogs with them. After Katrina there were thousands of dogs left wandering what was left of their homes. Hopefully with all of the advance preparations this time people will have the decency to take their dogs along. If dogs are left behind I can only hope that The National Guard will turn them over to whatever rescue organizations that are close to the affected areas.

You would think that in a slower market Real Estate Agents would become more aggressive. As the Regional Manager for BRIO Realty in Maryland, a Real Estate Company that provides FREE LEADS to all of our AGENTS. That they are taking advantage of the increase of the LEADS in a BIG way. But, I find that as the market slows most agents don't take the opportunity to expand their client base. A good number of agents just sit back and complain about how bad the market is getting.
