Queen Emma's Bluffs is a luxury, gated community in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore. It's an island oasis of 94 homes & homesites completely surrounded by the Prince Golf Course. The golf course views plus a gorgeous backdrop of mountain peaks with cascading waterfalls make this community truly unique.

kauai communities: Homes in Port Allen's Keala'ula Subdivision (Ele'ele, Kauai, Hawaiii)

There is a new community on Kauai's Southwest Side known as Keala'ula located in Eleele with views of Port Allen harbor and the ocean beyond. A 75-unit, multistory condominium project, Kai' Olino, was to have been built between Keala'ula and the harbor but that has been cancelled for now so does not impact the views of the harbor-side homes. Keala'ula (county designation of "Port Allen Residential Subdivision") consists of approximately 60 homes. There appears be 1 vacant home site with very challenging terrain for home construction. The fine community of Puako is located on the southwestern edge of Lihue, close to all the conveniences that offers yet sufficiently removed to have the feel of a private setting bordered by the 18-hole Puakea golf course, the Ha'upu Mountains, and the blue Pacific Ocean. Homesites were originally developed by Grove Farms as a master planned community. Homes are clustered around side streets and cul-de-sacs connecting to Halehaka Road which enters agricultural lands as soon as it exits Puako in the Western side.
