house numbers: Am I at the right address?

One of the things overlooked when getting your home ready to sell is your address. Well, not your address but your house numbers. Single family homes should have large, easy to read numbers near the front door. Consider whether the numbers can be seen at night, additional lighting might be needed. If there is a post mailbox at the street, it should have the house number as well. If you live in a condominium, your unit number should be easy to locate, and not hidden behind some decorations. I have come across houses with no numbers anywhere, missing numbers, numbers painted … (0 comments)
