lighting: Sellers, turn on the lights

I recently was showing houses where the seller was home during the showing. We arrived at the appointment time. the seller invites us in to the house and retreats to the only room in the house with a light on, the kitchen. We were left in the dark, trying to figure out where the switches were. Sellers, if you know a buyer is coming, light it up and show it off. Lights make people feel more welcome, and welcome can become welcome home! Turn on a light in every room. It will make a difference. … (4 comments)
