No, I didn't get up at 3am to wait in line at Best Buy. I spent the afternoon showing houses to one of my clients. He settled on the sale of his home last week and has put his things in storage and is staying with friends until he buys that next home. A bit unconventional, but he will be able to move forward quickly once he identifies the home he wants.
