deep fried: In The South, We Deep Fry!

Though the title may be a bit over the top, there is a funny and often heard saying that everything tastes good deep fried! While I will take the word of the more adventurous epicureans, I do enjoy the occasional evening filled with artery clogging deep fried veggies! It may seem a bit ironic that I would slice up some of my wonderful organic veggies and drop them in boiling oil! Ironic, but tasty! There really isn't much of a recipe! If you check out the following picture you will see just how easy this is!
