It is North Las Vegas's first Master Planned Community that started building homes roughly starting in 1989 and is still currently building homes. The whole community is roughly over 1000 acres in size. There is still currently about 110 acres of land that hasn't been developed yet, along with 2 communities that the builder is still selling brand new in the Eldorado Highlands section.
