Eat less sugar... you're sweet enough already. Every day is another chance to get stronger, to eat better, to live healthier and to be the best version of you. Rich and I have been blessed to work out with an exercise physiologist since 2003. He is an amazing man and comes to our home for training sessions several times a week. One of the first things he taught me was: "The body will not go where the mind has not been". I'm mean...
