The following is an excerpt from an email I received from a client.I have consistently and systematically used your open house techniques and strategies, and the simplicity of the plan works EVERY time.  I am asking for the appointments AT the opens, and people are saying yes...in fact I did a pre-qualification meeting last evening with a couple whom I just met Sunday past.

YES IT IS!
A client who was averaging over $900,000 per month suddenly had a $400,000 month.  Now this can be for a lot of reasons.  In this case the she said to me, "Rich, do you think it has anything to do with the fact that I have a wonderful new relationship in my life and I am in the early stages of training my new assistant?"
