Northern Calvert County is always a heavily sought after area for members of the military who will be stationed at Andrews A.F.B. and government workers who have new jobs in the Washington D.C. metro area. One of the first questions I receive is "are there any foreclosure opportunities in the area. Now these properties are probably not suited for clients who need "move in ready" type homes however in recent years the banks have shifted their thinking and are putting money into these assets to maximize value.
