buying your first home: New Logo - 06/02/22 09:13 AM
Hello my Active Rain Friends,
It has been a while since I posted but I want to share my new logo with you.                     Writing is fun, and I am enjoying the difference from real estate, writing about it instead of listing and selling property.
My next book however, will not be about real estate.  I am entering the fictional market with my next book due out later in the month.  Please check it out at:

buying your first home: 'Buying Your First Home' getting harder - 06/17/21 04:48 PM
Buying Your First Home is getting harder every day.  The price of homes is steadily increasing as inflation sets in.  Lumber prices are out of sight right now.  Labor costs are spiraling.  There is a shortage of materials, a shortage of workers, and most definitely a shortage of homes.
Realtors have known for decades there was a shortage of median priced homes, and first time home buyers have a real challenge.  Home builders that were forced out the business during the great recession have not come back, making new construction more scarce than it was before.  Many independent builders only build expensive … (4 comments)

buying your first home: Buying Your First Home - 12/11/20 07:24 AM
Buying Your First Home is a major decision and many people are making that decision this year.  Approximately 40% of all home sales come from first-time home buyers.  Home sales have been record breaking in 2020 with many people moving from larger cities to smaller towns or suburbs and even into the country.
My new book, Buying Your First Home: A Step-by-Step Guide from Dreams to Reality is designed for people who know nothing about real estate or for those who wish to know more.  I hope many will turn their dreams of home ownership into reality and take the steps to … (21 comments)
