What does a RETIRED real estate broker and now author look like?
Retiring from real estate is a hard thing to do. There are always deals that come along that could be done. It is hard to pass on helping a friend buy a house or some land. Former clients call and say, "just one more deal?" Yes, it is hard to stay retired.
I still have to do my continuing education and just completed my eighteen hours for my license renewal early next year. Going through the classes motivates me to jump back in. I took the broker responsibility class and they … (13 comments)
