texas pecans: Christmas Cakes and Shipping Costs

It's Christmas time! Presents and gifts and what to buy for friends and relatives near and far. For those not living close by, there are lots of catalogs and online sites offering all kinds of goodies. One of my favorite things to send is Christmas Cakes. Yes, you hear lots of complaining about the standard fruitcakes. But in Texas, there is a wonderful bakery, (Collin Street Bakery) that makes fruitcakes that are delicious and everyone will want a piece.
