I am amazed on how many vacant homes I see day to day with lawns that are out of control. When I drive by a home for sale that has a lawn that hasn't been cut for two months, I wonder what else has not been done maintenance wise in the home. In addition, I am surprised by how some realtors see lawn maintenance of their listings as an expense, when they should really be looking at lawn maintenance as an investment.
