Well with the recent fallout on Wall Street and in the Sub Prime Mortgage Markets, now it the time to re-assess just where the heck we are all at! Home buyers, if you have been pre-approved for a loan earlier than August 9, 2007, I strongly recommend that you call whom ever you spoke with to see if you will actually qualify on the same terms today.
