Just finished another week of home inspections with some of the best Realtors in Texas. However every now and then I run across a Realtor that just doesn't get it. When I say "It" I mean the overall concept of buying or selling a property that is safe and free of major issues. The particular house I am referring to was one built in the mid 1980's with some of the normal issues with a house of this age.
