Last year we had a very strong FHA 203 K business, but nothing like this year. Even though most 203K’s are purchase transactions, there are many that are refinances transactions as well.
Most of these renovations are kitchens, bathrooms and roof replacements, but much more can be done. I am really fortunate to have a large group of referral trades people that I send business to on a regular basis.

I used to get upset when I would hear many in the real estate community speak about house flipping with distain, not so much anymore. This is something that I know something about, as I have done over 500 homes in my house flipping business.

My wife and I have been flipping homes since the mid 70’s. Not something we have ever taken any seminars to do, but we know how to do them right.
One thing that has always been a signature for us, is color. We never do off white or plain colors of any kind. Especially the front and back doors.
