“Mr. Petrowsky, Your name has come up a number of times, basically you do mortgages in all of New England. We moved to California a little over 25 years ago and it is time for us to move back east. We moved to California for many reasons and most of those reasons have disappeared, but most importantly is the dwindling water supply. We have a farm and two of our ponds have dried up, which has never happened before.
