“Selling Your Current Home Can Create Opportunity”

Good Evening/Morning Joe,
We are planning on putting in an offer on a home we looked at today. The offer is going to be for $480,000 with 5% down ($24,000). When you have the opportunity to send over the preapproval for this it would be appreciated. You will find the address included in the link.
Our current property went on deposit a couple of days ago and as you advised we will pay off all of our current obligations so the only payment we will have is our mortgage payment. Brilliant suggestion! We are truly looking forward to working … (3 comments)

opportunity: “Business Opportunities Everywhere” - 08/18/14 09:55 PM
“Business Opportunities Everywhere”   I went online yesterday to check if a certain URL was available and luckily for me it was. It turns out the URL was available, but I couldn’t complete the purchase, so I called. Marie was great, she walked me through the process and I was able to register www.dontpaytherent.com and www.dontpaytherent.net more about the purpose of this website on another post.   I engaged Marie in a conversation about why someone should buy instead of paying rent. “A Smooth Sea Never Made a Skillful Mariner”                       -English Proverb   I have been in the mortgage business a long time and over this time, I believe I have made every imaginable mistake, many I am not proud of. Hopefully I have handled each mistake in an honorable way with all my clients to their satisfaction.   I am fortunate to have a very good mortgage practice, that I can give each of my clients the sum total of all of my learnings over my many years of experience.   I guess it is self-evident, because 25% of my mortgage business … (21 comments)

opportunity: WHAT ARE YOU SAYING NO TO? - 06/19/12 10:33 PM
“What are You Saying NO to?”

I wanted to share my favorite question with you and tell you how and when I first heard this.

I was in Cleveland of all places at a week-long real estate seminar in the early 70’s. Quite frankly, I don’t remember the topic, but if I’m going to spend my time, I want to maximum it. I will always sit in the front row, whenever I can.

To the right of me, was this good looking lady, who happened to be about 5’8’’ or 5’9”. To the right of her was this guy, … (0 comments)
