Way back in 1978 when I was beginning my Council Bluffs, Iowa real estate career, I remember a national speaker talking about navigating cow pies in the field of real estate. His take was that those sloppy bovine deposits were like land mines waiting for the unsuspecting novice Realtor. Stick with him so it won't stick to you. He could guide you safely around those pies, also known as real estate problems. Well, there is some truth in that.
