Short Sales are NO place for Dainty Agents!
 
When it comes to short sales, seller's need to make sure that you are using an agent who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get the job done.   It is a bit of high-wire performance and this is NO place for dainty agents.   A Short Sale transaction is going to require a tremendous amount of knowledge, energy and patience over what could be months in order to close the transaction.  Seller's need their Short Sale Realtor to be their advocate and their guide along the short sale road.

WHY I DO SHORT SALES? 
Because...    Short Sales are about providing opportunity for a renewed sense of normal life in the nearer term and not the long run.  It's about giving families a few more options than none at all.  It's about providing families with genuine information that will help them make solid choices for their future.  It's about minimizing some of the stress associated with families losing their homes.  It's about the kids growing up in the financial aftermath of a short sale.
