We have just been contacted today by a local businessman who has hired us to find him a home in Glen Allan, Sherwood Park, AB. He would like to have at least 3 bedrooms and the further south the better. If the home is a little dated this is fine as he doesn't want to pay a premium for upgrades that his staff will not require. We currently have a buyer who is looking to buy an older home in the areas of Brentwood, Broadmoor, Glen Allan, Maplegrove, Maplewood ,Mills Haven and Sherwood Heights. Ideally they would like one with a garage but not essential. Prefer a quiet street. If your home requires some updating that is fine as well. They prefer 3 bedrooms upstairs and the number of bathrooms isn't as important. They have been fully qualified by the bank and so they are just waiting to find the right home.
