Is the US pulling us down the drain? This is a question that I have been asked at least 10 times this week after our local Realtor's Association put out a press release that stated the number of homes sold in July is down about 40% of the same month in 2009. 40%! That is a little over half of the homes that sold last July, sold July 2010. Why? What is causing this? How long will it take to recover? What should I do?
