This was a crazy week in Riverview. On Monday night a 16 year old boy drill a hole in a pipe. He got burnt and sent to the hospital. He was supposedly looking for money???? This is was very dangerous and it shut down 301 south near Riverview Dr and the Alafia river. There were lots firefighter and emergency crews. Now the question is should he be prosecuted? Who should be accountable for his actions?? Any comment?
