A frest blanket of snow gives us approx 7 inches of snow over icy roads. Nearly every school system shut down in the area. Roads really were quiet this morning when I came to the office around 7;00 am Another cold day with some more snow, then even colder over the weekend! It's Winter!!

My 4:00 pm closing got pushed up to 3:30 IF the buyer can get there on time. Schools closed early as we get our first substantial snow of the year. And of course I have 2 offers to present! Thanks god for email and faxes! NOW I JUST NEED SOME SLED DOGS AND A GOOD SLEIGH!

I hope my fellow Realtors are dressing warm as they continue to show listings. We had a cold snap for a week, yet I have seen no real drop off in showings I have had 3 offers written this week to date and expect a few more by the weekend. How is the weather in your area affecting your business?
