This past March in Central Ohio, we saw 903 single family homes and condo's get sold both Franklin and Delaware County. This is a large increase in the 838 homes sold during March of 2011. This is a 12% increase in sales! Average sale was a 3BD, 1BA, 1,929 sq ft. home sold for $160,509 after 101 days on the market. This too is an increase over last March's average sale; a 3BD 1BA 1,813 sq ft home sold for $146,918 after 97 days.
