Whetstone High school was ranked as effective. Clinton elementary school was rated excellent. Indian Springs elementary school received the highest mark possible,excellent with distinction!

Well, after 6 years and 3 month at our first location, our office made a move to our new digs. Luckily it was over the holidays so business was down and movers/ phone techs were glad to have a job! We also were lucky that the move was only one mile and the mild Central Ohio weather ( 52 degreestoday) was still around Image moving if it were 8 degrees!
And tomorrow is another day, still need to get the internet hooked up! I was at my title company 1/2 of the day checking email!!! … (4 comments)

Well, on the front page of the Columbus Dispatch, (Ohio's greatest home newspaper) the headlines blared,FOR SALE? GOOD LUCK! Then all the wonderful stats for Novembers 08 sales were given. Gee, I wonder if they wonder why NONE of us ( well most of us) don't advertise with them any more!
Then I was getting some coffee at a store, checked out the newspaper rack, and behold, another wonderful article on the front page of the Cleveland Plain Dealer! What a great Christmas Eve!!!

The offices are full as boxes as 150 agents and staff prepare to move over the holidays! We purchased a building one mile away in November 2007. The seller leased back the space until the end of October 2008.
So the movers are coming 12/23 and 12/26 to mve us. Pray for good weather ( That means no snow or ice in Ohio!) Check with me on the 29th to see if I have maintained my sanity! … (0 comments)

40 Homes and condos sold in Clintoville in October 2008. The average days on market was 93. The average list price was $181,233 with the average sold price being $175,104. This give a list to sales price ratio of 96.7%
This compares to 36 homes and condos selling in the same time period in 2007. The average days on market was 90. The average list price was much higher at $219,963 and the average sold price was $208,479. This give a list to sale price ratio of 94.8%

October 1 marked the first day one could register to vote and VOTE absentee at the same time. Once can simply go to a place of designated registry, give their name, last 4 digits of their social security number, an address and they get to vote right on the spot. No asking for any ID nor verification that the address is actually real. If one moves in from out of state, they must be in Ohio for 30 days, but there is NO verification process. We've been doing it for some time It tends to vary in response. When they click on the info it can direct the buyer to your main web site. You also can add up to 4 photos on each listing.
