Here are the answers to the first two items from the Sunday's TOP TEN Blog:
1) While demolishing a property, rehabbers will order a dumpster. The City/County knows when you order one. Could this be a problem? Why? 
Answer:  You may start demolishing the property before you pull permits.  This is a NO NO! When you pay your fee for the dumpster, the county is notified by the dumpster company.  Besides, there is a huge and ugly container on your property.  Any county inspector can pull up and ask for copies of the pulled permits.
