annexation: Papillion NE Anaxation Plans Put on Hold

September 13th, I know I am a bit behind, Sarpy County Judge William Zastra put a stop to the City of Papillion's plans to annex a strip of land along Hwy 370 until a decision on a lawsuit made by Sarpy County in regards to the annexation can be made. The judge's decisions was made by determining that the land is not contiguous or adjacent. Papillion's overall city growth plans include this land to enable it to eventually annex land at the intersection of Hwy 370 and I-80 a potential gateway to the city. … (0 comments)
