It's the job of real estate agents and brokers to be concerned about the real estate. But, did you ever stop to ask the client - "What are you going to do with your stuff?"
In houses, there is furniture, clothing, jewels, crystal. In offices or warehouses there is furniture, computers, servers, pallet rack, machinery, etc.
