As with any other home you sell, a home you are selling "as is" needs some special attention, too. If you want just a few extra bucks in your pocket, then do a deep cleaning. Scrubbing every nook and cranny in the house to make it shine is a big plus. If the task is too big, then hire a professional cleaning service. It's always worth the few hundred dollars.
