Back in 2007 to 2011, buying a HUD Home was great option for first time home buyers as well as investors. In fact, during that time frame, I probably closed on average, 70 HUD Homes a year. I called it "Buying a home right side up". Unfortunately, the world of HUD Changed and its a rare occurrence to see HUD homes come up for sale in Maricopa or Pinal County.
