Not many home buyers realize it, but they are entitled to a home inspection. It surprises me when I am educating my clients, once an offer is accepted, we have several key items to accomplish during this period. In Arizona, we have 10 calendar days to inspect the home, check for any and all structural items of concern, check for termites, ensure all the electric and plumbing components are functioning properly, this also allows the buyer to Google the home address and its surrounding areas to make sure they are comfortable with the home, (0 comments)

Fact or Fiction about the Home Inspection - Reasons to Inspect Investing in home ownership is obviously a huge step in a persons life, thus the importance of making sure what you are buying, is in good condition. When purchasing a home you have a ten calendar day inspection period, we agents refer to ass "Due Diligence". During this ten day inspection period, you have the right to professionally inspect your home, check for termites, inquire about the area, community, schools and so forth. Basically, anything you feel is of importance to you, you research during this "inspection period" if anything is NOT To your liking, we can cancel the contract, jump ship and find another home, no harm-no foul.
