Understanding how credit works is frustrating! I know first hand how hard it is to build back up a score once its plummeted to the ground! I have been selling houses for over 20 years, as a full time Realtor. SO when the AZ Market crashed, I, unfortunately, crashed with it. BK, Repo, Foreclosure etc, had it all.
