As of September 21, a new federal law allows you to freeze and unlock your credit report for free at all three credit agencies. This could have cost up to $19 per agency every time you locked or unlocked your credit report. A freeze prevents lenders from opening your credit report. This will stop fraudsters from opening any type of credit in your name. This action from the federal government comes a year after the Equifax data breach that exposed 148 million Americans personal information. The name Oceanside says it all. The city next to the Ocean. One historical landmark is the Oceanside Pier. It is one of the longest piers in California. The entrance to the amphitheater is right next to it, which hosts many musical and cultural events.

As a loan officer, I always ask Realtors what type of database management are they doing. I hear I mail out a Christmas card or a have them on an email program. Some even have their database on a monthly postcard system. (but not many)The ideal program is a postcard a month and a phone call quarterly.
