Some great points that Bill has brought up.  One big thing is that in the political arena, there won't be much change again for 2 years when then election is held.
It doesn't matter if you like the outcome of last Tuesday or not...it is done and over and it is time to make a decision that will be in YOUR best interest.

Sitting on the fence thinking about if the time was right to buy or not, is now Passe.  I wrote an offer and called the agent to present.

This post by my Broker is so right on.   How many times have you shown a place that claims to be so great but when you get there it makes your skin crawl.  I thought that this would get featured, but since it didn't I am Re-blogging so that more people including agents will see it.

Now many people say that Ghosts and Spirits are all nonsense.  Well, That could be and maybe not, I do not have the expertise in this area to debate this forum.
