certifications: Technology Training Grants Workshop - Sept 18 - 08/28/18 12:52 PM
In conjunction with a Technology Skills Gap Survey being conducted by the Southwest Florida Regional Technical Partnership (SWFRTP), CareerSource Southwest Florida (CSSWF) invites business representatives to attend an informational event on how to obtain cost assisted technology certifications for their workers.
CareerSource will utilize the information from the survey to help businesses identify the certifications they may qualify to receive. CSSWF also has programs available for individuals and the event program will address how they can qualify to participate. CSSWF was awarded a grant to provide funding for technology skills upgrading and certification and exam fees.

ESTERO, Fla. (April 23, 2018) – The Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership (RTP)  and CareerSource Southwest Florida request the assistance of employers, who utilize technology, in Lee, Collier, Hendry, Charlotte and Glades counties to complete their Information Technology Skills Gap Survey.  Career Source Southwest Florida has recently been awarded a grant to identify gaps in technology related certifications and provide technology related training and testing in southwest Florida.
