I had the opportunity to listen to author Bill Capodagli speak about his book The Disney Way.
Bill's book is intended to help businesses instill some Disney Magic into their own culture and draw upon the long success of the "Mouse."

Did you know that Walt Disney's first successful creation was Oswald the Rabbit?  Walt learned a very valuable lesson with that character which is to always protect your intellectual property.
Unfortunately, Walt lost the rights to Oswald the Rabbit to the production company he worked for at the time.
Walt drew Mickey Mouse immediately thereafter.
