Do you keep statements and receipts and other documents stashed away for years not really sure when it's safe to shred them? irs: REMINDER: MOST CORPORATE BUSINESS TAXES DUE DATE EXTENDED TO MAR 17 - 03/16/14 03:43 AM
Corporate business taxes are due annually by the 15th day of the third month following the end of the tax year, generally March 15. Most corporations have their fiscal year end of on December 31, so March 15 is when most corporations have their tax filing due.
