My husband had the opportunity a year ago to spend some time in Maryland. While there he volunteered for a Relay for Life Event and he was able to capture this sunrise and it was beautiful. I just want to shout and let it all out. I feel like a woman giving birth to a baby. I am in the pushing position, the contractions are strong, I am feeling the pressure from every side. I am pushing, the baby is pushing and we both are praying for a miracle. You see when you are giving birth to something great there will definitely be pain. Sometimes there can even be dissappointments (especially when you think you are ready to give birth and the doctor tells you not yet, so you wait). With everything that is going on in our economy today so much fear is driving our everyday decisions. Not knowing if we will be able to fill our gas tanks from one day to the next due to gas shortages, I ask, "is this a good time to invest in real estate?"
