In a time of economic downturn and when many agents have decided to give up their real estate license I entered the world of real estate. With everything that is going on in our economy today so much fear is driving our everyday decisions. Not knowing if we will be able to fill our gas tanks from one day to the next due to gas shortages, I ask, "is this a good time to invest in real estate?"
