Let's assume that our traditional method of listing properties has just changed. Here is the scene: Your License in your State now lets you lists properties on a Universal MLS system whereas you can now list properties in ANY state with your new Universal License. Home affordability this year has been at an all time high with low interest rates and declining home prices. However, buyers on the fence should not be complacent.
