According to Wikipedia, Rochester NH was once inhabited by Abenaki Indians.  A suburb of Rochester NH was known as Squamanogonic. Simply put, HECK NO, especially if the home is not already built.  Even if the home is built, there are still things to consider over and above buying a pre-existing home.  Some of these things are what type of warranty program is offered, how does one go about reporting a warranty issue and more importantly, how is a claim handled by the seller/builder.  Another important thing to consider is making an offer and how to maximize the NH home buyer's investment.  Making an offer on new construction real estate is not quite the same as pre-existing housing because the seller does … (0 comments)
