Inventory is higher reflecting the regions real estate season. A drop in properties SOLD as the market goes up and down, but, we are seeing much more buyer activity.

It's Going To Do It Again!! Snow that is. Today I don't think it is even going to reach 30 degrees. Currently at 3:10 PM it is 26/27 degrees and it's kinda downhill from there for our weather forecast.
Today we've been having lots of sunshine with snow showers. Unfortunately my little Kodak isn't picking up the fine pretty heavy snow shower in the picture which Mr. Willie is investigating. I was searching for a rainbow but I guess if the sun is shining and its snowing we don't get rainbows?

Hendersonville, NC Area Follow Up to The Christmas Day Snow. This is what we woke up to after our Christmas Day snow blast. We have 8 inches on the ground where I live and other areas received 10-12 inches. Currently it is blustery with pretty strong wind gusts, snow showers and temps in the low 20's. Kinda brutal out there.

Surprise in Hendersonville NC -- Some White Stuff. When I went to bed last night the weather report said we'd be getting rain turning over into rain/possible snow showers. Well, this is what we woke to in Hendersonville at 7 AM. 2-3 inches of the white stuff. A little bit of winter wonderland. According to the news Brevard had up to 5 inches. The temperatures didn't rise a couple of degrees as expected so the rain was snow.By noon it was 35 degrees and a lot of melting had taken place.
