I have a few listings and they all regularly have showings, some are hopeful, some are not. But when a listing has a showing, then a second....then A THIRD YEAH - THIS IS IT!! Then…..Nothing......A few days pass and I reach out to the buyer's agent, she says "they are holding off due to price and condition". What?? They didn't notice that on the 1st or 2nd showing?
