And Who's Protecting Your Industry?

I have a 2-year old son. So often my time at home is not my own and yesterday evening was no exception. I was trapped on the couch and "we" were watching Fireman Sam. Someone had left a copy of June's Consumer Reports magazine within reach and so, feigning interest in my son's animated show, I began to leaf through its pages.
