open house: My Open House in Richmond Yesterday

Yesterday I held a lovely Open House at my Royal Lakes listing in Richmond, TX. There were some wonderful people who came through to "take the tour". Many of them were just out driving and saw the signs and decided to take advantage of this opportunity to walk the inside of a 7,600 SF home. I don't mind at all. It's good company and you never know who may have a friend who might be looking for something like this.
