buyers: Who's Key Is it? - 03/01/14 01:14 PM
I know the market is heating up and you are trying to give your Buyer the edge, but taking the key to prevent other agents and their buyers from veiwing a property is not only unethical, but illegal. 
It is theft.  The key does not belong to you. 
If your Buyer is aware of your doing this, you have now made them an accessory to your crime.

In the Denver Metrolist you can list up to 10 photos of your listing. The MLS will take one for you.  You can hire for a nominal fee a company to come out and take the rest and maybe or maybe not pay for a virtual tour.  Worse case scenario, you dust off and charge the battery for your digital camera and take the photos yourself. 
When you are assuring your client that you are doing everything possible to sell their home and yet failed to even take photos, you are doing them a great disservice.

You've listed your house, you and your agent have come up with a good price based upon the comps for your area its "live" in the MLS and now you are waiting for the calls to come in.  
You're still waiting...you've now been told, " you hear the news, it is a soft market right now, were just going into the holidays and homes sales tend to slow down around then, maybe we need to reduce the price.
