Just a heads up to the Round Lake IL area Realtors. I have a client who is buying a home in Round Lake and when we went to the house this weekend, someone broke in and stole the appliances. When the Officer came to file the report she said its the 30th report she has written this month. If you have a property for sale, make sure you check on it before you are a victim too!

I have a new Short sale listing (www.676QuailCreek.com) and I was wondering if I should do an Open House? This place is spotless and ready to move-in! If you have any short sales out there that you did an open house for let me know how it went? Was it better or worse than a regular Open House!
