Years ago, someone said to me, “See yourself on the beach. You are on your knees. Now reach out, palms down and grab as much sand as each hand can. What happens?” I replied, “The sand all slips through my fingers”. They continued, “Now, put your hands together, palms up and scoop up as much sand as you can – as if you were going to give it away.
